Trinity Outdoor Adventures
Tuesday December 5th
Trinity Outdoor Adventures announces Hike # 2, on Tuesday December 5th at Adkins Arboretum (12610 Eveland Road, Ridgely MD 21660). We will meet at Trinity (North St. parking lot) at 9:30 AM and carpool to Adkins, or you can meet us at the Adkins parking lot at 10 AM. Please bring binoculars and appropriate clothes and footwear for the weather. We expect to observe winter birds, meadow and forest plants, and perhaps resident fox and deer. We will hike (slowly) for about 1.5 - 2 hours and be back at Trinity by 12:30ish. There is a $5 fee at the Visitor's Center which has water, bathrooms, and some great Christmas presents/stocking stuffers. Please contact Scott Smith (firstname.lastname@example.org) to let him know you are attending. Please bring friends and family!
decoding the liturgy
Thursday, January 11 & thursday, January 18,
7–8:30PM, Miller Hall
Decoding the Liturgy is a two part presentation (when you register and pay your $40 fee, you are signing up for both classes.)
Baptism: is how we become Christians. It is the foundation and entryway to new life.
Eucharist: is our weekly way of moving deeper into that new life.
We need a minimum of 6 people registered in order to hold class. I’ve already been asked about a daytime class. Gather 5 friends looking for daytime offerings, contact me at email@example.com and we’ll discuss a mutually agreeable day and time. You can register for the class here: https://www.yourtrellis.net/general-8
